Well, I am about to start my 4th week on the My Fat Cure protocol/diet. The first week was a bit difficult because of the ” Life Change” but it has gotten much easier. I have gone from 259 pounds to 232.2 in 4 weeks. That is a total of 26.8 pounds !!!!!! And a Butt Load of inches.

I have now started the My Fat Cure Diet/Protocol. Most people are losing .5 – 1.5 pounds per day. I heard about this diet on a friends blog. She has done very well on this diet so, I am giving it a try.
I am hoping to lose 35-45 lbs by June 26th. That is the day I am getting married & I really want to look good. I have been over weight for WAY toooo long & it is time to lose the Pounds and Inches! Pounds & Inches Book – Must read first!
I have had a few people ask me,” What is paper trading”. This is a process where a new investor learns to trade stocks on “paper” before investing real money.
The Penny Stock market is fun & exciting but can be dangerous as well. You can have a huge rally up in price very quickly. It can also rally down just as fast. So it is important to practice first.
Grab yourself a notebook & write ” Penny Stock Trading ” on the front of it. Pick a stock you like, whether it be from James’ Newsletter or some other “pick” you have come across. Write down the date, number of shares, and the Bid Price ( buy ) you are trying to achieve. Then sit back and see what happens. You may also set a limit Ask price ( sell ) right away too. Or wait to see what the stock does & then pick an Ask price.
Let’s say you make a trade in your notebook, “paper trade”, like this:
4-6-10 XYZA 4,000 shares Bid:$0.025 = $100.00
4-8-10 XYZA 4,000 shares Ask: $0.073
Now, Did your stock rally up to or past $0.073??? It may or may not have. If it did & you were able to sell your 4,000 shares @ $0.073, you would have made $292.00 – $100 (used to purchase ) = $192.00 ! ( don’t forget to subtract your broker fees … maybe $4.50 – $15 per trade )
WOW… $192.00 in less than 2 days! Not bad!! BUT WAIT !!!!!! What if the price of XYZA never made it to $0.073 or you could not sell your shares? Then you may have to sell at a lower price or maybe the price hit bottom @ $0.001…… Now you would own 4,000 shares of a stock worth almost nothing. You could write off this $100 as a loss.
Remember ——- It is only play money right now! Smile! You didn’t lose anything nor did you make a real profit of $192.00 either. This paper trading process will teach you how to control your money and emotions while trading any kind of stock…. especially penny stocks.

I have been trying to learn about penny stocks for many years. I would read books when I could find them or information about penny stocks. Seems like everyone is afraid to let you in on their “little secret” because I could never find Great information about investing in penny stocks.
Well, just a few weeks ago, I got an email from a buddy of mine talking about a book he had read, “How The Prophet Finds Stocks That DOUBLE!” I called him immediately to see how he liked it. I checked out the site, grabbed the free book & read it over. I was impressed. So I signed up for his membership site. This way you get his top picks of penny stocks to invest in. I have been watching for his emails with the new picks.
The other day, he suggested LYJN- it is a jean company. The day I got the email, I started watching it. The price of this stock was $0.002 -YES, Less than a penny! The stock rose to $.006 that day & then came back down. This was on Friday the 19th, and a new email was sent out that afternoon urging his members to hold on to what they had purchased because more news was coming down the wire Monday & it could rally once again.
Monday comes & the price of this penny stock LYJN starts going crazy! It just keeps climbing all day. let’s break it down to what I SHOULD have done. I was “paper trading” this stock.
Invest $1,000 / $.002 price = 500,000 shares. The price rose all the way up to $0.16 — Ok now for the fun part.. If I would have used real money. Take $0.16 – $0.002 = $0.158 …. multiply that by the 500,000 shares and I could have made $79,000 in just a few days.
Yes, I am kicking myself for not using $1000.00 real money to buy in at $0.002. I will invest in future picks of penny stocks & hope to walk away with a healthy profit!

Today was the end of week 6 in John Thornhill’s Masterclass Coaching program. It is the most comprehensive training / coaching program I have ever been a part of. I finally busted out my Fisher 1280X Metal Detector today. It has been awhile since I have done any hunting.
It was a great day today, a bit overcast but the temp was perfect. I decided to try out an elementary school near my home. Everyday there are a ton of kids playing outside when I drive by. I figured today was a great day to test my luck. It was time to get all “suited up” and started hunting as soon as I hit the grass just off of the parking lot. A few seconds went by and I got my first strong signal… It was a dime! That is somewhat unheard of. I know it doesn’t sound like much but, most of the time you will find 20 pennies before you find a dime.
There were two young girls playing when I got started and they came over to see what I was doing. I explained it to them and they asked if they could follow me. I usually like to be alone so I can concentrate on the sounds my Fisher 1280X is making. It is very hard to talk & hunt at the same time. I agreed to let them hang around as long as the kept their bikes away from where I was swinging my search coil. We made our way around the playground and then to the soccer field. As I was hunting around and in the soccer goal, I got a strong signal and started digging. To the 2 girls surprise, out popped a silver ring. They couldn’t believe it. ” Is that real silver? How do you know?” I showed them the markings inside the band…. 925 Silver.
Well, I gave the 2 girls each a dime that I had found as they were watching. They were excited to be given a piece of treasure. It was time to head home and look at my finds. So I left the school & girls to play with others. I will return to this school yard soon. There were good finds today.
24 Pennies, 5 Nickles, 12 Dimes, 4 Quarters, 1 Silver Ring!
So I have been watching the Big 12 Swimming competition at Texas A&M, College Station,TX. Everyday is jam packed with events. These kids swim & dive their hearts out.
The facility is amazing. They have Olympic size lap pools & diving platforms, many different meter heights along with four spring boards. Today is the final day so it should be exciting to see everyone try to climb to the “Gold”. I have been to the top of the 10 meter platform & it is pretty scary up there. You look down to see nothing but lots of air space between you and the water line. They use little water sprayers to ripple the surface of the water to give you a bering of distance. Otherwise you see nothing but the bottom of the pool, which adds another 12-15 ft to your visual perception. WOW.
Of course A&M is competing this weekend but here are some other schools as well: UT , KU, Nebraska, Mizzou. UT has been winning alot of the races. They are unbelievable! I can not believe how fast some of these kids are. I never could swim that fast.

So you want to start a website? First you need to register a domain name. The domain name is what you type after the WWW.(www.mysite.com). These can range from $7.49 – $15.00 per year depending what company you choose to purchase from.
I like GoDaddy as my preferred domain company. I have used them for years & they make it very easy to manage your domains. If you click on the photo of Danica Patrick below, you can get your domains for $7.49. It is a great deal because if you just go to their site, it is $10.69/year. Once you are on the home page, there is a Domain Search box. Type in whatever you want your website name to be & click “GO”. The search results will come back & let you know if it is available or if someone else already owns that name. You should always make a list of 5-10 domain names just incase your first choice is not available.
GoDaddy:
Once you have a domain name purchased (for$7.49 through the linked photo above) You may now start looking for a company to host your website. this is the company that holds all of your data for your website. This can get a bit pricey if you don’t go with the right company.
My favorite company is HostGator. They are a very strong company with minimal “web outages”. They have the best customer support I have ever had to deal with. These guys answer your call very quickly & walk you through any problems you may have with your hosting account. Click on the photo below for a great price & free unlimited hosted domains.
